Taiwan with Pride 2022

Taiwan with Pride 代表了在多倫多生活以台灣為榮的一群人。台灣的包容尊重和自由民主與加拿大的價值產生共鳴。 Taiwan with Pride 也代表著台灣與Pride 站在同一陣線上。目前台灣是亞洲第一個也是唯一開放同性婚姻合法化的國家。更值得驕傲的是，台灣的Pride團體在與華盛頓特區的競爭中脫穎而出，高雄被選定為2025年World Pride 的主辦方。我們想藉由Pride Toronto 2022 ，讓我們一起不分性別、國籍、種族、立場，在6月26日一起站出來為Pride的價值發聲!

“Taiwan with Pride” represents a group of proud Taiwanese living in Toronto. The inclusiveness and democracy are deeply embedded in the Taiwanese Society which resonates with the Canadian values. “Taiwan with Pride” also means Taiwan stands with Pride. As of now, Taiwan is the first and only country to legalize same-sex marriage in Asia. Moreover, Taiwan was selected to host World Pride 2025 in Kaohsiung, hooray!! On Sunday, June 26th, let’s come together as one, regardless of your gender, nationality, race & belief, to show your support and love in Pride Toronto 2022!

報名費用：免費。本活動為自願性質義工執行，然為支應團體報名費及印製大小型標語之費用歡迎大家捐款（預估花費金額約2000加幣）。由於本團體非註冊慈善機構，恕無法提供捐款證明。捐款所得及支出將由執照會計師確認及審核，並於活動後10日內於本活動臉書頁面公布明細及支出收據。如有結餘，將結餘全數金額捐款至公益團體。

Registration fee: free of charge. The event is organized by our dedicated volunteers in Toronto. Donations toward the event’s cost are welcomed!
We have estimated an expense of CAD $2,000 for marching permit registration, signage production and related costs. This volunteer organization is not a registered charity and is therefore unable to provide tax receipt.

All donations and expenses will be verified and audited by a certified accountant. A detailed balance sheet and receipts will be released on Facebook event page within 10 days after the event. Any remaining balance, if any, will be donated to non-profit organization(s).
