  1. Fill, print it out, and attach it with payment (Cheque or Cash)
  2. Give the package to FESCC or Registration desk at TCAT event
  3. You may also give the application to Directors of TCAT
  4. Please Note your Application No. as reference

 

  1. 填好,印好, 附好與裝滿會員費
  2. 將申請表與會費交予長青學苑辦公室或同鄉會活動登記處
  3. 您也能將申請表與會費交予任何同鄉會委員
  4. 請記下申請表上的表格號碼以便日後追蹤
